It never ceases to amaze me the difference a good diet and lifestyle can have. No matter what issue you’re dealing with I wouldn’t mind betting with the right advice you can dramatically improve your symptoms or completely eradicate them. These days I mainly focus on helping women transition through the menopause, something personal to me as a 52 year old woman. I know first hand what it’s like when you feel like you’re settling for someone you don’t recognise.

Perimenopause and menopause can derail the best of us and it’s often necessary to revaluate our diet and lifestyles. With my perimenopause and menopause foundation packages, I can help educate, inspire and coach you, enabling you to get back on track.

Educating and giving women practical advice has been a successful recipe in ensuring they achieve and maintain their health goals. I practice evidence based, nutritional know how that really helps you get results.

However, do get in touch whatever your issue, and I’ll give you an honest answer as to whether I can help you, and if not, I’ll recommend someone who can.

I’m also a mother of two grown-ups!  I like hanging out and laughing a lot with my tribe, cooking, cycling and swimming in the sea, lakes and lidos.

  • I think it is important that when choosing a complimentary therapist you understand the principles which underpin the practice:

I use a science evidence based approach to Nutritional Therapy.

Each client is viewed as being biochemically unique with his/her own individual needs.

The body functions as a network of interconnected systems, rather than organs working in isolation.

Being healthy equals feeling energised and well, not just the absence of a disease.

That by looking after ourselves in the here and now, we can reduce the risk of poor health in the future.

The Nutritional Therapy advice I give is aimed towards helping the person, rather than simply targeting a disease or deficiency.
