Oat & Kefir bread

Ingredients

  • 1 large pot (450g) of kefir yoghurt

  • 2 pots of oats (fill empty yoghurt pot to measure)

  • 1 tsp of salt

  • 1 or 2 tsp of honey or maple syrup

  • 1 tsp of bicarbonate of soda

  • Handful of pecan and sunflower seeds

Directions

  1. Place the yoghurt into a roomy bowl

  2. Then fill the empty yoghurt pots with oats / twice over and

    pour onto the yoghurt

  3. Add the the salt, honey and bicarbonate of soda and smudge

    it all together until well combined

  4. Then add pecans and sunflower seeds

  5. Line a small bread tin with greaseproof paper (10cmx20cm)

  6. Place mixture into the tin and level off

  7. Bake in the oven at 180°C for 40 minutes
