Purple Elixir

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of almond milk

  • 1 cup of spinach

  • 1 tbsp of almond or peanut butter

  • 1 tbsp of flaxseed

  • 1 cup of blueberries

  • 2 scoops of pea protein (20g)

  • 1/2 avocado

Directions

A satisfying smoothie that will keep you full until lunch.Blueberries are one of the most nutrient rich berries around –and they pass on their vibrancy to us. If planning on active morning try adding a handful of oats and half a banana.
