Ingredients
4 fillets of smoked mackerel
1 large teaspoon of horseradish
the juice of half a lemon (to taste)
1 tbsp of yoghurt / creme fraiche
chopped fresh dill to serve

Directions
Blend all ingredients in a blender, you’re aiming for a nice chunky texture. Serve with chopped fresh dill. Perfect to keep in a jar in the fridge It makes a fast lunch served with a salad and some oat cakes, or placed in a sweet jacket potato with a handful of rocket.
